Manufactured from ERGAL 7075T6 aluminum alloy and machined with CNC machines to achieve optimal lightening (weight reduction) with a high degree of finish and Z50 tooth count. A groove is milled at the base of each tooth to help expel any accumulated dirt or mud, and the surface finish includes hard anodizing to prevent corrosion and extend the component's useful life. The high quality standard includes accurate dimensional and quality controls to ensure maximum durability and precision over time.
