Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

DELIVERY

Following your order confirmation, we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) within 3 business days. DPD Tracking details will be provided, and you can track the status of your order within your online store account or via the DPD app. 

CLICK & COLLECT

After selecting the Click & Collect option at checkout, we will prepare your order and send you a notification when your item(s) are ready to collect. In most cases we endeavour to supply orders with next working day collection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, then we’re here to help. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
  • Helmets, Gloves or Boots cannot be returned;
  • If you wish to return a discounted item, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Email us at hello@lind.co.uk with your order number and your desire to return your item(s) and we will advise you of the store address to return your item(s) to. 
  • Send all items back to us using the address provided, or if convenient return the items to your local LIND dealership.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods, and the refund can take up to 3 days to clear onto the original payment card. We do not cover return shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the returns process.
