Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free to almost all UK postcodes on orders above £75, but are otherwise charged at £3.99, unless there is a specific promotion.
AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS & ZE postcodes ship at £9.99 per item.
Following your order confirmation, we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) within 3 - 5 business days. DPD Tracking details will be provided, and you can track the status of your order within your online store account or via the DPD app.
EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Unfortunately at this time we're not able to offer international shipping through our store. If you reach the checkout stage and your unable to order your item(s), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be able to arrange your order and get the item(s) sent out to you through a traditional mail order service.
CLICK & COLLECT
After selecting the Click & Collect option at checkout, we will prepare your order and send you a notification when your item(s) are ready to collect. In most cases we endeavour to supply orders with next working day collection.
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, then we’re here to help. We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order*. You can return your product for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
*Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
- Helmets, Gloves, Boots, Face Wear (Including Face Masks) or Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged;
- If you wish to return a discounted item, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the items within 14 days for a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number and your desire to return your item(s) and we will advise you of the store address to return your item(s) to.
- Send all items back to us using the address provided, or if convenient return the items to your local LIND dealership.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods; refunds can take a maximum of 10 business days to clear onto the original payment card.
We do not cover return shipping fees, please contact us for return instructions. Please ensure you return items carefully as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the returns process.
