Delivery is charged at £4.99 to UK mainland postcodes, unless there is a specific promotion. 

Following your order confirmation, we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) within 3 - 5 business days. DPD Tracking details will be provided, and you can track the status of your order within your online store account or via the DPD app.

After selecting the Click & Collect option at checkout, we will prepare your order and send you a notification when your item(s) are ready to collect. In most cases we endeavour to supply orders with next working day collection.


If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, then we’re here to help. We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order*. You can return your product for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

*Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

  • All returned goods must be in resalable condition. Packaging must not be damaged, and all tags, labels and any other parts supplied must be intact. If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
  • Face Wear (Including Face Masks), Earrings and Underwear cannot be returned due to strict health and safety regulations;
  • Any product which has been test fitted to a motorcycle is considered used and cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. 

We do not accept returns of helmets purchased in-store.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Post your return to the address on the card enclosed in your parcel.
  • Or, email us at with your order number and your desire to return your item(s) and we will advise you of the store address to return your item(s) to. Send all items back to us using the address provided, or if convenient return the items to your local LIND dealership.

All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear onto the original payment card once processed.

We do not cover return shipping fees. Please ensure you return items carefully as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the returns process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with detail and photographs of the fault. We will arrange courier return for you where necessary.
