UK Delivery
Delivery to UK mainland postcodes is charged at £4.99, unless stated otherwise during a specific promotion.
Following order confirmation, we aim to dispatch your item(s) within 3–5 business days. You will receive DPD tracking details, which can be used to monitor your delivery status either via your online store account or the DPD app.
If you haven’t received your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Note: Some items may not be held in stock and could take longer to dispatch. For queries, please contact us at hello@lind.co.uk.
European & Worldwide Delivery
We are currently unable to offer international shipping via our online store. However, we hope to provide this service in the near future.
Click & Collect
If you select Click & Collect at checkout, we will prepare your order and notify you once it is ready for collection. In most cases, orders are available for collection by the next working day.
Returns Policy
We’re happy to help if you need to return your order. You may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns can be made for:

A refund to the original payment method

A store credit
Exceptions to Our Returns Policy

Items must be in a resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, labels, and any included components.

Items showing visible signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, Face Wear (including masks), Earrings, and Underwear are non-returnable.

Any product test-fitted to a motorcycle is considered used and cannot be returned.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is faulty or incorrect.

Helmets purchased in-store cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Post your return to the address on the card enclosed in your parcel,
OR -
Email us at hello@lind.co.uk with your order number and request. We’ll confirm the appropriate return address or advise you to return the item to your nearest LIND dealership.
Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Return shipping is not covered. Please ensure your items are packaged securely and use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty item, contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the fault. We will arrange a courier collection if necessary.
