Crack the Safe Challenge – Terms & Conditions


  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Ducati North London.
  2. Eligibility
    2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.
    2.2 Employees of Ducati North London, associated companies, agencies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
    2.3 Proof of age and identity may be required before participation or prize collection.
  3. Event Details
    3.1 The Crack the Safe Challenge will take place at Ducati North London on Saturday 18th July 2026 between 10:00am and 4:30pm.
    3.2 Participants must attend the event in person to take part.
  4. How to Enter
    4.1 Entry is free.
    4.2 Participants must register via the official Ducati North London online store before or during the event, subject to availability.
    4.3 Each completed registration/order will receive two (2) entry attempts.
    4.4 The participant’s Shopify order number will serve as their entry reference and may be requested on the day.
    4.5 Entry attempts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.
    4.6 Limit of one registration/order per person. Duplicate entries may be removed at the discretion of Ducati North London.
  5. The Challenge
    5.1 Participants will be invited to enter a six-digit code into the safe during the event.
    5.2 If a participant enters the correct code and successfully opens the safe, they will win the advertised prize.
    5.3 Only official attempts authorised by Ducati North London staff will be accepted.
    5.4 Any tampering, interference, damage, or attempted circumvention of the safe or competition process will result in immediate disqualification.
  6. Prize
    6.1 The prize is one Ducati Panigale V4 R motorcycle.
    6.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
    6.3 Ducati North London reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
    6.4 The winner is responsible for complying with all legal requirements relating to ownership, licensing, registration, insurance, and use of the motorcycle.
    6.5 Any images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the prize awarded. Final specification, colour, equipment, and appearance may vary.
  7. Winner Verification
    7.1 The winner may be required to provide valid photo identification and proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded.
    7.2 Ducati North London reserves the right to withhold the prize pending verification.
  8. Liability
    8.1 Ducati North London accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or unable to be processed.
    8.2 Ducati North London shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  9. General
    9.1 Ducati North London reserves the right to refuse entry, disqualify participants, amend these terms, or cancel the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    9.2 By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
    9.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Shopify.
    9.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
