1. Up to 75% off on selected products (the “Offer”). The discount will be automatically applied to the product and will show as a was / now price.

2. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The Offer is not valid on gift cards, event tickets or shipping charges.

3. Offer available on shop.lind.co.uk.

4. Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.

5. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. LIND reserve the right to: (i) cancel this Offer at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; and (iii) amend these terms and conditions.

7. The Offer is valid from 00:01am GMT on 15.11.24, ending at 23.59pm GMT on 02.12.24.

"Win Your Order Back" T&Cs

1. Organiser
The competition is organised by LIND, referred to as "the Organiser."

2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Organiser, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
2.2 Participants must have made an online order from www.shop.lind.co.uk during the competition period to be eligible.

3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition runs from 22.11.24 to midday 02.12.24. Orders placed outside this timeframe will not qualify for the competition.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Entry is automatic upon completing an online order at shop.lind.co.uk during the competition period. No additional steps are required to enter.
4.2 One entry per qualifying order. Multiple orders will result in multiple entries.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize is a refund of the total value of the winning order, up to a maximum of £250.
5.2 No cash alternative is available.
5.3 The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 A winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days of the competition closing.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 3 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions
7.1 The refunded amount is limited to a maximum of £250. If the order value exceeds £250, the remaining balance is not eligible for refund.
7.2 Refunds will only apply to the cost of items and not standard shipping fees (if applicable). Additional services or expedited shipping costs are excluded.

8. Data Protection
8.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to the Organiser processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.
8.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required for prize delivery.

9. General
9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
9.2 The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition outcome.
